Service Training

In an ongoing effort to increase dealer parts and service quality Finn Corp. opened their new training facility in Fairfield, Ohio in late July, 2017. took advantage of their inaugural offering by sending two technicians, Ed Belisle and Leroy Temple, to “Intermediate Parts and Service Training” led by Jens Lundy, Finn’s Product and Training Specialist.

On their return they reported being made welcome by the staff at Finn as part of the Finn family. The two day session consisted of both classroom and hands-on training. According to Ed, this format was very useful because it provided knowledge in several ways; the presentation of the information by the instructor, the interaction between the technicians from different dealerships about the presentation and finally, the interaction between the dealership technicians and the Finn technicians during the hands on training.

As Ed reported on his return, these types of programs are very useful as they provide tips from others’ experiences that might otherwise take years to discover on your own.

We appreciate the opportunity provided by Finn to further educate our technicians in the future in order to provide our customers with the best value in servicing their equipment.
